// Outdoor living

You build the space.We make the phone ring.

Websites, local search and lead routing for pool builders, patio companies and hardscape contractors — built around a purchase that takes months to decide and is won on how fast you call back.

A pool is decided over months by two people who don't yet agree. Your site has to still be useful on the fourth visit.

Which makes it a different job from a site built to impress once. It has to answer the questions that arrive later: what does this cost, how long is the yard a building site, and can I believe these people.

// The gap

People buy the evening, not the paving

Ask a homeowner to picture the yard they're paying for and they describe an evening — friends, a drink, the fire going. Almost nobody pictures two in the afternoon.

Then look at how the work gets photographed: midday, from standing height, ute still in shot. The site is selling a different product from the one they're imagining, and the gap is where the enquiry is lost.

// 01   What we do

Built for this market specifically

001

Pool builder websites

Sites built for a purchase that takes months to decide. Cost ranges, a documented build process, and dusk photography that shows the space the way people imagine using it.

  • Pools
  • Spas

002

Patio & outdoor living

Outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire features and decks. Structured around the suburbs you serve and the jobs you actually want, so the enquiries arrive pre-qualified.

  • Patios
  • Decks

003

Hardscape & landscape

Paving, retaining, driveways and grading. Detail photography that shows workmanship, and before-and-afters shot from matched positions so the difference is legible.

  • Hardscape
  • Grading

004

Local search

Service area pages that are real rather than templated, a Google Business Profile that matches the site exactly, and review collection built into your handover.

  • Local SEO
  • Reviews

005

Lead routing

Enquiries to a phone notification rather than an inbox nobody opens, with automatic follow-up so nothing sits for three days while a competitor calls back in five minutes.

  • Automation
  • CRM

// The three pages

Service area, honest costs, one documented build

Before the gallery of two hundred photographs, before the blog nobody maintains: these three pages do almost all the work.

A service area page so people know in thirty seconds whether you cover them. A cost page with ranges and the variables that move them. And one project documented properly — before, during, after — because that's the page a prospect sends to their partner, which is how this purchase actually gets decided.

// 03   Questions

What contractors usually ask

No — the studio works across sectors. But pool builders, patio companies and hardscape contractors share a specific set of problems: a long decision window, a purchase driven by imagination rather than specification, and enquiries that are won or lost on response time. Enough of the work is the same that it's worth having its own page.

Often not. Before quoting a rebuild I'll look at response time, page speed on mobile data, the first sentence on your homepage and how many taps it takes to reach you. A surprising number of quiet phones are fixed by four changes that cost nothing.

I'll push for ranges, not exact figures. Publishing a range filters out people who were never going to proceed and anchors everyone else to your numbers rather than their imagination. It usually produces fewer, better enquiries, which is the point.

It's the highest-return thing most outdoor contractors can fix, and it's mostly about timing rather than equipment. I'll give you a shot list and shooting guidance, and for larger projects I'll arrange a photographer for a half day on a live job.

Three to five weeks for a focused site, assuming photography exists or can be arranged quickly. Photography is almost always the critical path, so it's the first thing we sort.
