The SEOFlow Agency

000

// Capabilities

Five disciplines,one person accountable.

Not a full agency menu. Five things that overlap enough to be worth keeping under one roof, so nothing falls into the gap between two vendors.

001

Web Design & Development

Strategy, design and build in one pass. Sites that load fast, read clearly and are structured so search engines can actually parse what you do.

002

Branding

Marks, palettes, type systems and the rules that keep them intact once other people start using them. Enough identity to be recognised, not so much that it slows you down.

003

AI Automation

The repeatable parts of your business — lead routing, follow-ups, quoting, reporting — wired together so they run whether or not anyone remembers to do them.

  • Workflows
  • Integrations

004

AI App Development

Custom tools built around a model rather than bolted onto one: internal assistants, document processing, and interfaces your team will actually open twice.

  • Build

005

Project Management

One person accountable for scope, sequence and the parts nobody wants to own. Especially useful when three vendors are pointing at each other.

// Platforms

Built where you can maintain it

The right platform is the one you can still live with in two years, not the one I'm fastest in. I'll recommend one and explain the trade-off rather than defaulting.

Framer for design-led marketing sites. Webflow where you need a CMS an owner can actually use. WordPress for deep content operations. Wix or Squarespace when a small team genuinely wants something simple.

// Process

How a project actually runs

Five stages, in this order, every time. You always know which one you're in.

001

Fit call

Thirty minutes to work out whether this is worth either of our time. No deck, no pitch — you describe the problem and I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to solve it.

    002

    Map

    I write down what the site has to achieve, who it has to convince and what has to be true for it to pay for itself. You approve that before anything is designed.

      003

      Design

      Direction first, then the full page set. You see real content in real layouts, not grey boxes, and you review at widths your customers actually use.

        004

        Build

        Hand-built and tested across devices before it goes near your domain. Performance, semantics and search structure are part of the build, not a later pass.

          005

          Handover

          You get the keys, a walkthrough and documentation. Then thirty days where anything that breaks is my problem, not yours.

            // Questions

            Before you book the call

            A focused marketing site is usually four to six weeks from the fit call to launch. Larger builds with e-commerce, custom automation or a lot of content run eight to twelve. The single biggest variable is how quickly copy and photography come back, so I'll tell you early which pieces are on the critical path.

            It depends on page count, how much content needs writing, and whether automation is in scope. I quote a fixed price after the fit call so there's no meter running, and I'd rather tell you the number is wrong for you on day one than three weeks in.

            Whichever one you can live with after I hand it over. Framer and Webflow for design-led marketing sites, WordPress when you need a deep content operation, Wix or Squarespace when a small team wants something genuinely simple. I'll recommend one and explain the trade-off rather than defaulting to whatever I like editing.

            Yes, and I'd encourage it. Design and words fail together — a beautiful page with vague copy still doesn't get you called. I'll interview you, write drafts, and you edit until it sounds like you rather than like an agency.

            It's built in rather than sold separately: clean semantics, sensible URL structure, real page speed, schema markup and content built around what people actually search for. What I won't do is promise a ranking position, because nobody can honestly sell you that.

            William Babs, plus a small set of specialists I bring in for illustration, motion and heavy development. You talk to me the whole way through — the person on the fit call is the person doing the work.

            // Start here

            Tell me what's not working

            Thirty minutes, no deck. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll say so and point you at someone who is.
