The problem
The organisation was doing serious work across several programmes and had no single place that explained it. Funders, partners and programme applicants were all arriving through different channels and finding different, partial versions of the story.

What we did
One structure that serves three very different audiences without splitting into three sites. The homepage states the mission in a sentence and routes immediately: programmes for applicants, impact for funders, services for partner organisations. Each route is self-contained, so nobody has to understand the whole organisation to find their part of it.

The build
Built in Webflow so the team can publish programme updates without a developer. Content is modelled as collections — programmes, stories, partners — which means a new programme is an entry rather than a new page build. The dark palette and warm accent came from their existing brand and were tightened rather than replaced.
